SHIPPING POLICY

  • Shipping and Sales to United States ONLY. (International Sales and Shipping are NOT available)

  • Order will be shipped to the address you provided with purchase on the website. .

  • Free Shipping.

  • Each product has a separate delivery time table. Products will be delivered between 1-7 days after purchase.

  • Delivery time may be affected due unforeseen circumstance outside of our control, such as a strike, natural disaster, or severe winter storm.

  • Contact us if the item you purchased arrives damaged or defective

  • Damaged or defective items will be re-ordered and shipped promptly.

     

RETURN OF DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM:

 

Damaged or defective items need to be returned to us. Once we are contacted about the problem and verify there is an issue with the item, we will ship you a replacement and have it delivered promptly. Information will be sent to you on options for returning the item.  If the defect is verified as being caused prior to or in transit to the recipient, there will be no shipping fee to you in most cases. Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
